From approximately 0700 to 1000 Central Daylight Time, certain access control integrations within the VTS Rise app were experiencing degraded functionality, such as visitor passes not working at turnstiles. The issue has been resolved and a root cause analysis is underway to determine how to prevent it from happening again in the future.
